1. Visit a modeled community and speak with any of our experienced Community Sales Managers! They will be able to help you in any of our communities surrounding the Indianapolis area.
2. Get pre-qualified! Establish a budget/desired monthly payment and determine your buying power. Our trusted lenders, Ruoff and Fairway, can help you narrow down the best financing option for you.
3. Pick the community, homesite, and floor plan that works best for you and your family!
4. Work with your Community Sales Manager to personalize your home with quality products. Every home we build has an extensive list of included features that many builders charge extra for.
5. Finally, $500 down gets the building process started!
